Land Rx provides software and educational tools intended to assist users with career preparation, including:

• resume analysis
• resume-writing assistance
• career-readiness scoring
• STAR-story preparation
• interview practice
• AI-generated coaching
• career-planning recommendations

Land Rx is a career-preparation tool. It is not an employment agency and does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, compensation, or career outcomes.

Users must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and that their use of Land Rx complies with applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

Users may not:

• access another user’s account
• circumvent access controls
• interfere with the operation or security of Land Rx
• excessively automate, scrape, or abuse the service
• use Land Rx for unlawful purposes

Users retain ownership of information they submit to Land Rx.

Users grant Land Rx a limited license to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve the service.

Users represent that they have the right to submit the information they provide.

Users should not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, patient information, protected health information, or other information they are not authorized to disclose.

Land Rx uses artificial intelligence and automated systems.

Generated scores, analyses, recommendations, resume drafts, interview feedback, and other outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Users are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on or submitting it to an employer.

Users must not knowingly use Land Rx to fabricate:

• employment history
• credentials
• education
• certifications
• quota attainment
• rankings
• revenue
• awards
• clinical experience
• pharmaceutical experience
• other material qualifications

Land Rx may help improve the presentation of truthful experience but does not authorize misrepresentation.

Land Rx does not guarantee:

• interviews
• recruiter responses
• advancement in a hiring process
• employment
• a particular salary
• acceptance into pharmaceutical sales
• success with any employer

Readiness scores are coaching tools and are not predictions of employment outcomes.

Land Rx may offer paid features or access options in the future.

Any applicable price, access period, renewal terms, or billing conditions will be disclosed clearly before purchase.

Nothing on this page creates a specific pricing commitment.

Land Rx and its software, branding, design, scoring frameworks, prompts, workflows, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Land Rx LLC.

Users may use generated career materials for their personal job-search purposes.

Users may not reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, commercially redistribute, or create competing products from proprietary Land Rx systems except as permitted by law.

Users may not use Land Rx to:

• engage in fraud or impersonation
• create knowingly false employment credentials
• violate another party’s rights
• introduce malicious code
• disrupt or overload the service
• bypass access controls
• scrape the platform at scale
• use the service for unlawful purposes

Land Rx may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Beta features may change, contain bugs, or be temporarily unavailable.

Land Rx does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Rx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Land Rx does not make warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of generated content or career outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Land Rx and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Land Rx.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to Land Rx for the applicable service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing notice where appropriate.
