• accomplishments
• quota attainment or sales metrics
• target roles
• therapeutic interests
• STAR interview stories
• interview answers
• career goals
• other information voluntarily submitted through the service

Users should not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for career preparation.

We may also collect usage information such as features used, pages visited, actions taken, session information, device/browser information, and diagnostic or error information.

If payment functionality is offered in the future, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Land Rx does not need to store full payment-card numbers.

We may use information to:

• provide and operate Land Rx
• personalize career-preparation guidance
• analyze resumes
• generate resume suggestions and optimized drafts
• provide interview coaching
• provide STAR-story coaching
• generate personalized action plans
• maintain user accounts
• prevent abuse or fraud
• troubleshoot technical issues
• improve the product
• communicate regarding account, support, or service changes

Land Rx does not intentionally treat AI-generated suggestions as verified facts about a user unless the user affirmatively provides or confirms that information.

Certain Land Rx features use artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided information and generate career-preparation content.

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete recommendations. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in resumes, applications, interviews, or communications with employers.

Land Rx is designed to avoid fabricating candidate experience, credentials, accomplishments, or metrics, but users should independently verify all generated content.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Land Rx, including providers of:

• cloud hosting
• authentication
• artificial intelligence services
• analytics
• email delivery
• security
• error monitoring
• payment processing, if payment functionality is offered

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the public, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or protect our legal rights.

We do not sell users’ personal information to advertisers.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Land Rx, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Signed-in users can permanently delete their Land Rx account directly in the app, from the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Career Profile page.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should avoid uploading:

• confidential employer information
• patient information
• protected health information
• other information unnecessary for career preparation

Land Rx is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights regarding their personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about certain processing activities.
