Privacy Policy

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login information, and account preferences.

Users may choose to provide career and professional information, including:

• resumes
• employment history
• job titles and employers
• education
• accomplishments
• quota attainment or sales metrics
• target roles
• therapeutic interests
• STAR interview stories
• interview answers
• career goals
• other information voluntarily submitted through the service

Users should not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for career preparation.

We may also collect usage information such as features used, pages visited, actions taken, session information, device/browser information, and diagnostic or error information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Land Rx does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We keep records of purchases, such as payment and refund status, amount, dates, and Stripe transaction references, to provide access and for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

We may use information to:

• provide and operate Land Rx
• personalize career-preparation guidance
• analyze resumes
• generate resume suggestions and optimized drafts
• provide interview coaching
• provide STAR-story coaching
• generate personalized action plans
• maintain user accounts
• prevent abuse or fraud
• troubleshoot technical issues
• improve the product
• communicate regarding account, support, or service changes

Land Rx does not intentionally treat AI-generated suggestions as verified facts about a user unless the user affirmatively provides or confirms that information.

Certain Land Rx features use artificial intelligence to analyze user-provided information and generate career-preparation content.

When you use these features, the relevant content you submit (for example, resume text, career profile details, STAR stories, or interview answers) is sent to third-party AI model providers through our AI service provider to produce the requested output. This content is used to provide the service to you; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

AI-generated content may contain errors or incomplete recommendations. Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in resumes, applications, interviews, or communications with employers.

Land Rx is designed to avoid fabricating candidate experience, credentials, accomplishments, or metrics, but users should independently verify all generated content.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Land Rx, including providers of:

• cloud hosting
• authentication
• artificial intelligence services
• analytics
• email delivery
• security
• error monitoring
• payment processing (Stripe)

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the public, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing Google click identifiers for advertising measurement (described below) may be considered “sharing” under California law, and you can opt out as described below.

When you arrive from a Google ad, the link may include a Google click identifier (GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID). If ad measurement is permitted, we store it with your account and later tell Google Ads, from our servers, that this click led to a completed free analysis or a purchase. We send only the click identifier, the time, the purchase amount and currency, an order reference, and your consent status. We never send your resume, name, email address, employment details, STAR stories, or other career information.

The recipient is Google LLC, and the purpose is measuring our advertising only. Click identifiers are deleted after 90 days. Learn how Google uses this data at business.safety.google/privacy.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or an undetermined location are asked first and measurement stays off unless they accept. Elsewhere it is on by default and can be turned off at any time with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Cookie settings” in the site footer or app menu. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out. Withdrawing stops any pending measurement from being sent; we keep a record of your choices.

We keep account and career information while your account is active. Google click identifiers are deleted after 90 days. Purchase records are kept as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Land Rx, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Signed-in users can permanently delete their Land Rx account directly in the app, from the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Career Profile page.

Users may also request deletion of their Land Rx account and associated personal information by contacting: support@land-rx.com

Deleting your account removes your profile, career profile, resumes, analyses, STAR stories, interview sessions, coaching messages, access records, and advertising-measurement data. Purchase records are kept for accounting and dispute purposes, with personal details removed where possible. Certain other information may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should avoid uploading:

• passwords
• Social Security numbers
• payment-card information
• confidential employer information
• patient information
• protected health information
• other information unnecessary for career preparation

Land Rx is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• access a copy of your personal information
• correct inaccurate personal information
• delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right)
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights under their state laws.

To exercise these rights, email support@land-rx.com. To opt out of sharing, use “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the site footer. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and you may use an authorized agent.

In addition to these legal rights, Land Rx voluntarily provides self-service controls: cookie and measurement settings you can change at any time, in-app account deletion, and opt-in consent for visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or undetermined locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
